I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want this little corner to feel like in 2026. Not just “me writing at you,” but a place where we’re actually building something together. To me, this looks like sharing what’s working, what’s confusing, and what real-life health looks like in the middle of everything else.
And a big theme I see over and over (in clients and in my own life) is that the basics are where we get tripped up the most. Especially protein and “I’m starving, what do I even eat right now?” moments. So, as a small thank-you for being here (and to give us all some shared foundations to work from), I’m adding two freebies to the subscriber chat for free subscribers:
Protein Cheatsheet Guide: This is a super simple visual guide to help you actually hit your protein needs in real life. It walks you through how to calculate your daily protein target and includes a quick visual list of common, easy-to-grab foods, with their portion sizes and protein in grams, so you can mix and match easily.
50 Snacks – 5 Ingredients or Less, Under 5 Minutes. These are essentially quick ideas you can grab when you’re busy, tired, or just don’t want to think that hard :). These are also great sources of protein + fiber to help keep blood sugar stable.
