The Rhythm Reset Chat
A casual group space for messy, real-life experiments with light, sleep, and daily rhythm.
Welcome to Rhythm Reset
This is our ongoing room for experimenting with light, sleep, and daily rhythm in real life (no perfect routine required).
If you’re here, you probably know a lot already. Maybe you’ve read the posts, listened to the podcasts, tried a few things… but actually doing it consistently (with care-taking, work, winter, life) feels hard. You’re not the only one.
Rhythm Reset is the in-between space… where we take what we know and try it on, gently, together.
Here’s how to use this space:
Share one tiny rhythm win for the week (morning light, earlier dinner, phone off by 10pm, laying out your clothes the night before, etc.)
Ask questions when you feel stuck (travel, kids, seasons, shift work, motivation)
Post honestly about what’s hard (the late nights, the scrolling, the “I fell off again” moments)
Respond to each other with encouragement, “same here,” or what’s helped you
I’ll pop in with gentle prompts. Things like “What’s one small shift you’re focusing on this week?” … so there’s always an easy next step if you want it.
A few notes about the vibe here:
This is a no-guilt zone. We’re not chasing perfection, everrrr. Just paying attention.
Small is the point. One five-minute change absolutely counts.
Nothing here is medical advice. Just education, curiosity, and shared experience.
Why I created this:
Knowing isn’t the same as doing. And doing can feel really hard. You’re not the only one thinking this.
Rhythm Reset is a very casual “room” where we can run lived experiments together. We can test things out, abandon them, try something new, cheer each other on… basically a no-commitment zone that also offers a little accountability if you want it.
Rhythm Reset is powerful because it’s rooted in circadian biology, mitochondrial health, nervous system support, and imperfect, real-life routines.
To start:
Drop a quick message with:
1️⃣ Your name (or nickname)
2️⃣ One aspect of rhythm you’d love support with right now (morning light, bedtime, meals, screens, movement, etc.)
3️⃣ One tiny thing you’re curious about trying this week
Glad you’re here. Looking forward connecting with you 🤍.
